The Coordinator, Fulfillment Operations will join the Operations Team at Bombas, reporting directly to the Director of Fulfillment Operations. This role focuses on monitoring and reporting on order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, data validation, and inventory management. Bombas is a comfort-focused premium basics brand with a mission to help those in need, donating a pair of socks for every pair sold.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience with warehouse operations
  • Experience with data validation
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with eCommerce order fulfillment

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and report on eCommerce order fulfillment against Service Level Agreements for on-time and accuracy at 1-2 warehouses.
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly fulfillment reports for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Enter warehouse invoices into internal logs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for reporting.
  • Utilize SPS, NetSuite, Looker, and interact with internal and external teams.
