Requirements
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, possess proof of authorization to work in the United States, and hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, which is preferred. They should also be able to obtain the necessary certifications and possess strong technical skills.
Responsibilities
The Command Center Level 2 Engineer will continuously monitor network, server, and system performance using monitoring tools, identify and analyze network and system issues, respond promptly to alerts and incidents, perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting, escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams, document incidents and resolutions, perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot intricate network problems, apply patches and updates, ensure backup systems are operational, communicate effectively with team members and other departments, provide technical support to end-users and IT staff, assist in deployment and configuration, generate and review performance reports, and provide feedback to improve processes. They will also work closely with other engineers and departments, provide guidance to Level 1 engineers, and perform job duties in a safe manner, attending work as scheduled and completing other assigned tasks.
