Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering using Full-Stack Web Development technologies
Part-time availability from January 2026 through June 2026
Commitment to the listed course schedule and training sessions
Strong classroom leadership skills
Deep passion for empowering students
Dynamic and inspiring technical expertise
Ability to manage and guide student projects to completion
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to provide timely feedback to students
Experience with teaching tools and instructional strategies
Proficiency with industry-standard best practices in soft skills and technical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Manage the full-stack web development projects for up to 5 students and successfully guide them to completion
Hold regular virtual office hours and actively encourage student participation during lab sections
Ensure all assignments and deliverables are graded in a timely manner to provide constant student feedback
Coach collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution in team settings by sharing insights into how engineers partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in professional settings
Share timely feedback with the CTEx program team about the student experience and program effectiveness overall
Provide training and development sessions to students, including sync training sessions and async training tasks
Complete 40 hours of sync training sessions + async training tasks through the second half of November to build proficiency with CodePath’s teaching tools and instructional strategies
Determine the best times to meet with students and manage their schedules
Work with students to determine the best times to meet and manage their schedules
Develop and implement strategies to ensure student success and engagement
