Job Description

As a Client Support Specialist, you will act as a liaison between the client, sales account executive, and internal client care teams, focusing on sales service-related activities. You will be the subject matter expert for all BIS products, services, and systems. You will report to the Senior Manager of Sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development Support:
    • Support pre-sales activities.
    • Assist with renewals and upsell opportunities.
    • Aid in territory planning and client proposals.
  • Implementation & Account Management:
    • Oversee BIQ products and API integrations.
    • Manage BIS platforms, credentialing, and data contributions.
    • Handle subcode maintenance.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
    • Monitor contract usage trends.
    • Administer client surveys.
    • Conduct outreach for Experian communications.
    • Support account executives.
  • Billing & Financial Processing:
    • Handle billing requests.
    • Process credit/debit adjustments.
    • Address invoice inquiries.
    • Fulfill custom Vol/Rev requests.
  • Internal & External Coordination:
    • Manage documentation.
    • Collaborate across departments.
    • Ensure successful project completion.
    • Resolve client technical needs.
  • Product Innovation & Solutions:
    • Identify new product needs.
    • Coordinate product demonstrations.
    • Support implementation as outlined in agreements.

Qualifications

  • Sales support experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience following a clear process for outreach using different methods (cold calling, cold emailing)
  • High School Diploma
  • Advanced English skills
