Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, including at least 2+ years in a similar role. They should demonstrate proven experience in infrastructure technology management, coupled with proficiencies in technical knowledge and teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning regarding industry knowledge and technology. A minimum CCNP certification is required, and experience with Switches/Routers, Wireless (preferably Aruba), and large-scale networks is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Client-facing Network Engineering Lead will provide technical leadership and client-facing support for network infrastructures, assisting in the management and operation of infrastructure services, contributing to the implementation of infrastructure strategies and projects, and maintaining the performance and availability of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues. They will collaborate with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements, participate in the implementation of best practices and process improvements, develop infrastructure documentation, and optimize resource allocation for infrastructure tasks and projects. Furthermore, the role involves effective communication to provide support and collaborate with team members, and communicating effectively with senior management.
