Unit4 is seeking a Customer Marketing Campaign Specialist for a 12-month interim position covering a maternity leave. This role focuses on the planning, creation, and execution of global marketing campaigns targeting our existing customer base. All campaigns should contribute to an excellent customer experience and deliver a strong, consistent customer journey. We're looking for someone who thrives on the complexity of marketing campaigns, gets things done, and brings energy and enthusiasm to a global, collaborative team.
You’ll lead cross-sell campaigns targeting Finance, Procurement, IT, and HR audiences, as well as drive initiatives around our SaaS solutions and customer migration to the cloud. This is a highly operational role, with a focus on designing and managing a high-quality global customer campaign mix, driven by relevant and engaging content, through our digital marketing tech-stack.
You'll be a part of the Global Customer Marketing Team and collaborate closely with other teams such as the Global Demand Center, ABM Centre of Excellence, Communications Team, Events Team, regional field marketing and product marketing teams. This position reports to the Global Customer Marketing Director.
