Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate quality leads
  • Facilitate and resource targeted lead lists with Account Executive (AE) team
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM tool to track leads, opportunities, and customer records
  • Log customer calls using Salesforce phone software
  • Manage sales leads and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Forecast opportunity stage and provide accurate data to Sales Manager
  • Collaborate with AAE team to share best practices and improve team performance
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to maintain current understanding of company products and services
  • Participate in team-focused calling initiatives to meet sales targets and goals
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
