# Sources

> The 106 ATS and job-board platforms Jobo ingests, with the provider_id to use in the sources filter and returned on every job.

Jobo normalises jobs from **106 applicant tracking systems and job boards** into one schema. Every job carries a `source` field holding the platform's `provider_id`, and you can narrow any search or feed to a subset with the `sources` filter.

The same value comes back on each job's `source` field and in the `facets.sources` buckets, so a facet key can be fed straight back in as a filter.

  `sources` is **not validated**. An unknown or misspelled `provider_id` is not an error — it simply matches nothing, and you get `200` with `total: 0`. Copy the ids from the table below exactly. See [silent failures](/docs/errors#silent-failures).

  Treat this as an **open set**. Platforms are added regularly, so a new `provider_id` appearing is a normal additive change — do not hard-code the list as a closed enum. See [Versioning](/docs/versioning). To read the current list programmatically, the dashboard exposes it at `GET /api/v1/providers/catalog`.

## Aliases

Three convenience aliases are accepted and expanded server-side. Everything else must be an exact `provider_id`.
