Candidates must possess a British Columbia Level 2 or 3 license (RIBO licensed would be an asset), along with 3+ years of commercial broking experience, the ability to handle a high volume of inbound leads, and the capacity to communicate complex concepts clearly. A passion for sales, client experience, persistence, agility, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are also required.

Candidates should possess a University degree or college diploma in a recognized technical, vocational, or academic program, and demonstrate experience with Nodejs and Typescript. Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide technical guidance are essential, along with experience in software architecture and development paradigms. Familiarity with Agile methodology and the ability to coach and mentor junior developers are also required.
