Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of one to three years of post-qualification experience specifically in Direct Taxation. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience working with tax audits and assessments is preferred.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) accounting, with a strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting requirements. Experience with Target Operating Model (TOM) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) processes is preferred, as is knowledge of Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR).
