Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js/React, and a strong emphasis on testing (component, unit, E2E) are required. Backend competency, preferably in Python, familiarity with microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, relational database schema design, and AI use cases are also necessary. B2C experience is a plus.
