Candidates must possess a valid Refrigeration B / Millwright license, along with 2-5 years of industrial mechanical experience, preferably in the food industry. They should have a proven track record working with mechanics, machine shop practices (lathe & milling machines), welding (ARC, TIG, MIG), and pneumatic & hydraulic fields.

Candidates must have a Grade 12 education or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience in a related office role. A certificate or diploma in Business Administration is an asset.
