Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in back-end software development, with at least 3 years of focused experience in functional programming, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and expert proficiency in Scala or other functional programming languages, including experience with functional programming libraries like Cats Effect.

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of proven success in outside sales, preferably with experience in financial services, marketing, or the restaurant industry, along with a strong prospector mentality and self-motivated approach to new business development. They should also have a solid financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience utilizing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
