Remote Jobs at National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC)

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and at least 3 years of experience with Software Test Automation. They should demonstrate the ability to communicate programming concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, possess a strong understanding of testing methodologies, and be proficient in reading and writing automation test scripts in various languages such as Javascript, Java, and SQL.

Candidates should possess proficiency in Java and SQL, along with experience utilizing Linux operating systems and shell scripting (bash/python/PowerShell/etc.). Experience with Git, including branching/merging workflows, and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo are also required. Strong communication skills and a commitment to NISC’s Statement of Shared Values are essential qualifications.
