The Junior Accountant should possess at least 2 years of related work experience in a similar industry or public accounting experience, a solid understanding of internal controls and accounting processes, and knowledge and experience with medium/large ERP Systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Sage. They must also have high proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across all business departments.
