The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of transforming complex workflows into simple and clear customer journeys through user-friendly interfaces that seamlessly integrate with other workflows. They should excel at identifying opportunities to add value and thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and product managers to create an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of research methodologies and experience in designing and implementing scalable research programs. Experience in user research, particularly within a fast-paced, growing company, is highly desirable. Familiarity with user testing methodologies, data analysis, and reporting is also expected.

The candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in writing automated test scripts in Python, and experience in designing, planning, executing, analyzing automated tests, maintaining scripts, and managing problem escalation. They should also have experience with Selenium or Playwright, and ideally experience with functional and non-functional testing, performance and security testing, load testing, and testing cloud systems.
