Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in commercial glass installation, including experience installing curtain wall and storefront systems. They must have at least 3-5 years of lead or foreman experience, and demonstrate proficiency in managing field crews while enforcing quality control, efficient workflow, and safety standards.
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of commercial metal roofing experience, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and the capability to safely work at heights. They must also be able to analyze information, evaluate problems, and learn and follow a comprehensive company safety policy.
Candidates should have 3+ years of related Customer Service experience, post-secondary education is preferred, and must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of database and reporting tools. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, along with a proactive approach to anticipate tasks or challenges.
