Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role within the SaaS or startup space, 1-3 years of experience with Zendesk or similar technologies, and 1+ of experience with Stripe and Jira preferred. Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written are required, along with the ability to empathize with customers and a high ‘EQ’.

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in content design or presentation design, supported by a portfolio showcasing strong layout, hierarchy, and storytelling skills. Familiarity with common business communication formats, experience designing multimedia educational content, and proficiency in Figma are required.
